Via Veneto Bicycle Chain Lock with Key
The Via Veneto bicycle chain lock with key (Art. LOCK1) is the anti-theft lock from the collection for those who prefer the security of a traditional key lock to a numerical combination. It locks with a simple click and opens with the supplied key: quick and easy, with no combinations to remember.
Protective chain that does not scratch the frame
The chain links are protected by a black fabric sleeve featuring the Via Veneto logo in gold. This is a practical detail as well as an aesthetic one: it prevents the metal from damaging the frame paint when the lock is secured around the tube or carried wrapped around the luggage rack.
How to use it
Pass the chain through the frame and wheel, then attach it to a bike rack or another fixed object. The length also allows you to secure the front wheel, which is the easiest part to remove.

Frequently asked questions about the bicycle chain lock
How many keys are included?
The lock is supplied with the necessary keys. We recommend keeping a spare key at home.
Is a key lock or combination lock better?
A key is quicker to use every day, while a combination lock eliminates the risk of losing the key. The same Via Veneto range also includes a model with a 5-digit combination.
Is it suitable for leaving the bicycle outside overnight?
It is designed for short and medium-length stops in the city. For leaving the bicycle unattended for long periods, we recommend using a secure area or a garage.
