Kross Italia srl di Canellini accepts orders for goods that are present on the website canellini.com. Once the order has been placed, the buyer will receive a confirmation email in which will be shown all the details of the sale.

CREDIT CARD The purchase by credit card occurs immediately and securely through PayPal. At the end of the procedure you will be notified by email of the payment and receipt of the order. In case of cancellation of the order by the customer or by non-acceptance of the contract by Kross Italia SAS, you will be asked to cancel the transaction with full refund of the amount payed. The release times depen exclusively on the banking system and can reach their scheduled expiry (24th day from the date of authorisation). PAYPAL The PayPal service allows the payment of orders placed via the web in a few steps and in a completely secure way. After choosing this method of payment, the site will direct you to a dedicated web page where you must enter the data of your PayPal account. If you do not have a Paypal account you can register for free or make the payment directly. At the end of the procedure you will be notified by email of the payment and receipt of the order.

BANK TRANSFER Selecting this method of payment, at the end of the purchase process you will receive the coordinates on which to make the transfer. In order to speed up delivery times, we ask you to send a copy of the bank transfer slip to the email address info@kross-bike.it . The order will be processed and shipped exclusively to be credited to our account. Any commission incurred for transfers will be charged to the customer. This expense varies depending on the contract you have with your bank. NOTE: The bank transfer must be made no later than 5 working days from the date of order. Beyond this period, the order will be automatically deleted.
